Starlight Suiten Hotel Renngasse Vienna, Vienna

The hotel rooms are huge, well-equipped, clean, and neat with two TVs, sofas, desks, and even an enormous conference table in ours. The beds are incredibly comfy though the breakfast is a bit small for the rate we paid. The front of the hotel is light and airy, very clean, and the staff is lovely.

The service was incredibly helpful and kind, even going out of their way to assist with parking issues. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation. The dining experience, although average, could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

However, the rooms were extremely hot and stuffy, forcing us to leave our breakfast on the 3rd day, even though the breakfast itself was one of the better offerings we had. The friendly and helpful service from staff members like Mariam, Ramadan, and Eleonora truly stood out during our stay.
